Analysis
The Reactive–Proactive Aggression – Fast Track (Teacher Checklist) initiative is a teacher-led program designed to help educators better understand and manage reactive and proactive aggression in their classrooms. The program focuses on identifying, preventing, and addressing aggressive behaviors in children and adolescents. It equips teachers with tools and strategies to create a safe and supportive classroom environment for all students.
Objective
The purpose of this questionnaire is to assist teachers in understanding and effectively managing reactive and proactive aggression in their classrooms.
Scoring
The RPAFT-6 Questionnaire consists of 6 items scored as follows:
1 = Never true
2 = Rarely true
3 = Sometimes true
4 = Usually true
5 = Almost always true
Statistical Analysis
The item scores are used as described above. The instrument includes two subscales:
Reactive Aggressive Behavior (Items 1–3)
Proactive Aggressive Behavior (Items 4–6)
Teachers calculate the average score for each subscale. Higher scores indicate a greater presence of reactive or proactive aggressive behavior, respectively.
