Questionnaire Description

The Delinquent Behavior – High Risk Behavioral Assessment is an evaluation tool used to identify and assess individuals who are at risk of engaging in delinquent behaviors. It includes questions related to observing theft, personal experiences of victimization, personal involvement in theft, witnessing property damage, and activities associated with positive feelings. The structure of the questionnaire combines closed-ended questions such as Yes/No and frequency ratings, as well as open-ended questions aimed at exploring the reasons behind such behaviors.

Data Analysis and Use

The analysis is carried out in two stages. First, the number of “Yes” answers in the type A questions is counted. Then, the average score is calculated for the frequency answers in the type B questions. Scoring assigns the value 1 to Rarely, 2 to Occasionally, and 3 to Regularly. A high overall score indicates an increased level of risky or delinquent behavior. The resulting data are used to identify needs, develop appropriate interventions, and monitor the individual’s progress.

Objective

The objective of the questionnaire is to record the extent and frequency of delinquent behaviors, identify potential social and psychological risk factors, contribute to the design of prevention and intervention programs, and strengthen the development of positive coping mechanisms.

Calibration

Calibration is based on a predetermined scoring system that ensures comparability among individuals and groups. The overall score reflects the level of risk, while repeated measurements can indicate changes in the individual’s behavior. The tool has been used in educational and psychological contexts and is considered reliable for adolescent populations.
