Analysis
The Organizational Trust Scale (OTS) was developed to assess the various dimensions of trust in the workplace, primarily toward management, colleagues, and the organization.
Purpose
The purpose of the OTS is to provide a comprehensive measurement of organizational trust. Understanding these dimensions of trust helps organizations identify areas that require improvement and develop strategies to strengthen trust among employees, which can lead to increased satisfaction, commitment, and performance.
Calibration
Calibration is carried out using a Likert scale, where participants rate the level of their agreement with various statements related to the dimensions of trust.
