Analysis

The Job Related Tension Index (JRTI) is used to assess the level of stress and tension experienced by employees due to work-related factors. This index measures various dimensions of work-induced tension, including: Work overload, Interpersonal conflicts, Job uncertainty.

Objective

The goal of the JRTI is to measure job-related stress levels and identify workplace factors contributing to stress. Understanding these stressors helps organizations: Develop stress management strategies, Improve workplace well-being, Enhance employee performance and retention.

Calibration

Participants respond to Likert-scale questions (e.g., 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree) assessing: Perceived job stressors, Workload intensity, Emotional strain related to work.
