Objective

The objective of this questionnaire is an important factor for direction and success in all aspects of life. A clear and well-defined goal functions as a guide, providing direction and motivation for decision-making and achieving results. When people set goals, they can focus their efforts on specific activities and monitor their progress in a measurable way. This helps avoid procrastination and increases productivity. Moreover, goals strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem, since their achievement provides a sense of accomplishment and success. Finally, having goals promotes personal growth, as people are required to step out of their comfort zone, acquire new skills, and push their limits.
