Analysis
The Personal Capacities Questionnaire (PCQ) was designed to assess various aspects of individuals’ personal capacities. Personal capacities refer to the internal strengths and skills that contribute to success and well-being in different areas of life, such as work, education, and personal relationships.
Objective
The objective of the PCQ is to provide a comprehensive and reliable measurement of individuals’ personal capacities. The information collected can be used to understand individual differences in skills and strengths, to develop personal and professional development plans, and to support psychological and emotional well-being.
Calibration
The PCQ assesses various aspects of personal capacities, such as self-confidence, resilience, self-regulation, creativity, communication, and empathy. Calibration is carried out using a Likert scale, usually ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).
