Analysis
The Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) is used to measure employees’ loyalty and commitment to their organization. The German version of the OCQ has been culturally and linguistically adapted for use among German-speaking populations, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of responses in that context.
Purpose
The goal of the German version of the OCQ is to provide an accurate and reliable assessment of organizational commitment among employees in German-speaking environments.
Scoring
The OCQ evaluates three components of commitment: affective, continuance, and normative. Responses are typically recorded on a five-point or seven-point Likert scale, ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.”
