Questionnaire Description
The Family Characteristics Exploration Scale (ΚΔΧΟ-45) is a structured tool used for the initial assessment of families who seek services from KETHEA. Purpose
The purpose of the ΚΔΧΟ-45 is to explore the characteristics of families who access KETHEA’s services, in order to enhance understanding of their specific needs and conditions.
Scoring
The scale consists of 45 structured questions, which are evaluated based on predefined choices and responses. The thematic sections include: contact details for treatment, socio-demographic information, family history and emotional/psychological condition, and information regarding the dependent member.
