Analysis

The Role Justice Scale is used to assess employees’ perceptions of justice related to their roles in the workplace. The scale evaluates aspects of role justice concerning distribution, procedures, interactions, and rewards.

Purpose

The purpose of the scale is to measure employees’ perceptions of justice associated with their roles, providing valuable insights for the development of strategies that can enhance the fair allocation of resources, equality of opportunities, and workplace interactions.

Scoring

The scale includes a series of statements or questions to which employees respond using a Likert scale. The total score is calculated as the average of responses for each dimension, with higher values indicating a greater sense of justice in the workplace.
