Key Dimensions
Involvement: Assesses employee commitment and engagement in decision-making and goal achievement.
Consistency: Evaluates the presence of shared values within the organization and examines coherence and alignment in actions and processes.
Adaptability: Measures the organization’s ability to adapt to changes and innovate.
Mission: Assesses the existence of strategic goals and how well employees understand and align with the organization’s mission.
