Analysis
The Interpersonal Conflict at Work Scale (ICAWS) is designed to measure the level and nature of interpersonal conflicts that employees experience in the workplace. It examines various dimensions of conflicts, such as frequency, intensity, reasons, and consequences of these conflicts.
Objective
The objective of the questionnaire is to understand the causes, degree, and consequences of interpersonal conflicts in the workplace.
Scoring
Scoring is conducted using a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from 1 = Never to 5 = Very Often. The responses can be summed to produce overall scores that reflect the level of interpersonal conflicts.
