Statistical Analysis
Each subscale yields a total score as the sum of the scores for each question. The “deep” and “surface” subscales range from 10 to 50, while the “strategic” subscale ranges from 6 to 30. Therefore, the total score ranges from 16 to 80 and is derived by summing the scores of the subscales.
Validity and Reliability
The questionnaire has been adapted into the Greek language by Karagiannopoulou and was translated based on the process of independent back-translation. The subscales demonstrated good internal consistency with Cronbach’s alpha: α=0.83 for “deep” learning, α=0.76 for “surface” learning, and α=0.89 for the “strategic” approach.
