Analysis
The Workplace Psychological Violent Behavior Questionnaire (WPVB) is a tool used to assess violence and bullying in the workplace. It was designed to record employees’ experiences regarding various forms of violence (physical, verbal, psychological) and bullying behaviors that occur in their work environment.
Purpose
The purpose of the WPVB is to evaluate the frequency and nature of incidents of violence and bullying in the workplace, to identify the impact of these incidents on employees’ psychological and physical health, and to provide data for the development of prevention and intervention strategies.
Calibration
The WPVB may include several subscales, such as Demographic Information, Frequency and Types of Violence, Frequency and Types of Bullying, Response and Support, and Consequences.
Statistical Analysis
The statistical analysis of WPVB data may include the presentation of the main characteristics of responses through Descriptive Statistics, the estimation of the internal consistency of the questionnaire using Cronbach’s alpha to test reliability, the analysis of the correlation between different types of psychological violence and their effects, and the use of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) or regression analysis to examine group differences and the effects of various variables
