Analysis
The Goal and Social Values Inventories are psychometric tools used to assess individuals’ priorities regarding their goals and the social values they adopt.
Purpose
The purpose of these tools is to help understand individuals’ motivations and attitudes toward the achievement of their personal and social goals.
Scoring
The main dimensions covered are personal and professional goals, social values, and responsibility. Scoring is usually carried out using a five-point Likert scale, where responses range from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.”
