Analysis

The Collective Self-Efficacy Expectations Inventory (CSEEI) is a psychometric tool designed to assess a group’s beliefs about its ability to achieve collective goals and successfully perform collective activities.

Purpose

The main purpose of the CSEEI is to provide a reliable and valid measurement of collective self-efficacy expectations. The data collected can be used to understand how collective beliefs influence team performance, collaboration, and overall group effectiveness.

Scoring

The inventory includes statements rated by team members on a 5- or 7-point Likert scale (ranging from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”). The statements cover various aspects of collective self-efficacy, such as decision-making, cooperation and communication, goal achievement, and conflict management.
