Analysis

The Leadership Style Questionnaire is designed to record and analyze a leader’s leadership style. It includes questions that examine various aspects of leadership, such as the ability to guide, communication, decision-making, motivation, and problem-solving. It may use different scales and questions to identify the dominant leadership style (e.g., authoritarian, democratic, transformational, transactional).

Purpose

The purpose of the questionnaire is to capture the leadership style followed by the leader and to provide feedback on the effectiveness of their leadership practices.

Calibration

Calibration is usually done using a Likert scale, where participants assess the frequency or intensity with which they employ various leadership behaviors.
