Modified Fatigue Impact Scale [MFIS]

Scale Description

The Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS) is an assessment instrument used to evaluate the extent to which fatigue affects an individual’s functioning and quality of life. It is a modified version of the Fatigue Impact Scale (FIS) and is designed to provide a more comprehensive assessment of the impact of fatigue across different aspects of everyday functioning.

Scale Analysis

The MFIS assesses the impact of fatigue across three major areas of functioning.

Cognitive Functioning: evaluates the impact of fatigue on cognitive processes, including difficulties related to concentration and memory.

Scoring
