Description
The Teamwork Situational Judgement Test [TSJT] is an assessment instrument used to measure an individual’s ability to handle situations related to teamwork. It examines how participants respond to and make decisions in different scenarios involving collaboration, conflict management, and decision-making within a team.
Purpose
The main purpose of the TSJT is to assess individuals’ ability to address and solve problems that arise in teamwork contexts. The assessment includes understanding team dynamics, communicating effectively, managing conflicts, and making appropriate decisions.
The instrument can also help identify how individuals may contribute to achieving shared goals and to the effective functioning of a team.
Structure and Assessment
The TSJT includes realistic teamwork-related scenarios in which participants are asked to select or rate possible responses and solutions.
Responses are analyzed to determine how effectively participants understand and manage the challenges associated with teamwork and collaboration.
Data Analysis and Use
TSJT results can be used to assess competencies such as collaboration, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making in team settings.
The instrument may be applied in research, educational, and professional contexts, particularly when there is a need to evaluate judgments and behaviors associated with effective teamwork.
