Radboud Skills Questionnaire [RASQ-45]
Description
The Radboud Skills Questionnaire [RASQ-45] is a 45-item self-report questionnaire divided into three domains. It assesses difficulties in everyday and social activities that require the use of both hands, with particular focus on limitations affecting the involved upper extremity.
Purpose
The RASQ is designed to evaluate functional complaints and limitations of the upper extremity by comparing a patient’s current ability to perform specific skills with their previous level of performance.
Scoring
The questionnaire contains 45 items across three domains. Higher scores indicate greater functional difficulties or limitations.
Applications
The RASQ is intended for adult populations and can be used in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal research to assess:
- upper-extremity functioning,
- daily activities,
- social participation,
- sensory symptoms and pain.
